We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, or we’ll make it right with an appropriate replacement or refund. Everything we offer at OkieWEB is carefully selected and is of the highest possible quality. We fully guarantee all of our products against defect, faulty workmanship and shipping damage.

Shipping:

Our regular shipping days are Monday-Wednesday with shipments arriving to their destination on Wednesday-Friday respectively.

If you require delivery on a specific date (other than 'next shipment'), please enter the date in the space provided. Your delivery will arrive on or before your specified date. Please note our shipping/delivery days (see above).

Returns & Exchanges:

If you need to return your item due to error, defects or damage during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will gladly replace it, exchange it or refund your purchase. Please keep all packing and original shipping cartons for the freight carrier to pick up. We will arrange for return shipping at no cost to you. If, for any other reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we’ll gladly replace it, exchange it or refund your money. Please e-mail us at shop@okieweb.com within 30 days of delivery. If you request a refund, we will remit the full purchase price of the return excluding shipping charges.

As we work with many gift manufacturers, we will provide you with details on return addresses to return the merchandise.
